You will then receive a Restricted Appraisal Report within 48 hours of the inspection that can be used to determine if ordering a full appraisal is needed for a mortgage transaction. If you and your client decide it would be beneficial to proceed with the mortgage transaction, you simply send in a request for a full appraisal.
